1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the jomwin8 website (https://jomwin8.net), its subdomains, mobile interfaces, and all services accessible therein.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Funds" means the balance of Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or reload offer extended by jomwin8 to a Player.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus deposit, as specified per promotion) must be wagered before it and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which jomwin8 does not accept registrations or bets, as updated from time to time at jomwin8's sole discretion.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

1. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any jomwin8 service. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. jomwin8 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend Accounts pending verification.
2. You must not be a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction. jomwin8 expressly excludes users from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
3. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or agent of jomwin8 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
4. You must be acting in your personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party. Wagering on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
5. jomwin8 operates under an international gaming authority licence. Players are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

1. Each Player may hold only one Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and permanent ban from the Platform.
2. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are obligated to update your details promptly if they change. jomwin8 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate Account information provided by the Player.
3. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify jomwin8 immediately via live chat support if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
4. jomwin8 may require identity verification ("KYC") before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate. Required documents may include a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified may result in Account suspension.
5. jomwin8 reserves the right to refuse registration of any Account application at its sole and absolute discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

1. All Funds on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit is RM 30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. jomwin8 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
2. Accepted payment methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and FPX instant transfer. Available methods may be updated without prior notice.
3. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time subject to successful confirmation from the payment provider. jomwin8 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Standard withdrawal processing time for fully verified Accounts is 15–30 minutes; complex cases may take up to 3 business days.
5. jomwin8 reserves the right to carry out additional anti-money laundering checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be withheld pending completion of such checks.
6. Any Funds in your Account that have not been subject to at least one deposit transaction and one legitimate wager may be treated as inactive and are subject to administrative review.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

1. All Bonuses are subject to Wagering Requirements and any additional terms stated in the specific promotion. General Wagering Requirements apply at 20× (Bonus amount) unless a promotion specifies otherwise. Bonus terms are published on the relevant promotion page.
2. jomwin8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Ongoing Bonuses already accepted and with wagers already partially placed will be honoured at the terms applicable at the time of acceptance.
3. Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Exploitation of Bonuses through systematic or professional wagering strategies, use of multiple Accounts, or collusion with other players is prohibited and constitutes grounds for cancellation of the Bonus and any associated winnings.
4. Free Spins, where offered, are valid for 7 days from the date of credit unless stated otherwise. Winnings from Free Spins are credited as Bonus Funds subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement.
5. A Player may hold only one active Bonus at a time. Claiming a new Bonus while a previous Bonus is in progress will forfeit the previous Bonus and any associated wagering progress.

6. Gameplay Rules

1. All games offered on the jomwin8 Platform — including slots, live casino table games, and sportsbook markets — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game or market. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game.
2. jomwin8's RNG-based games are certified by an accredited independent testing laboratory for fairness. Published RTPs are independently verified. Live casino games are supplied by third-party studios operating under their own gaming authority certifications.
3. In the event of a technical malfunction, connection failure, or system error during gameplay, jomwin8 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the bet amount to the Player's Account. The decision of jomwin8's technical team is final in such cases.
4. Bets placed on sporting events after the scheduled kick-off time or start time may be void at jomwin8's discretion. jomwin8's liability for any live bet is limited to the amount placed on that specific bet.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jomwin8 Platform. Breach of any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and legal action where appropriate:

• Creating or operating more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal purpose;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or using automated bots or scripts;
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction through your payment provider;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jomwin8 staff or other players through any channel;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other service to disguise your geographic location for the purpose of circumventing Prohibited Jurisdiction restrictions.

8. Responsible Gaming

1. jomwin8 is committed to responsible gaming. We provide deposit limits, session time limits, reality check reminders, cooling-off periods (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days), and permanent self-exclusion, all accessible from your Account dashboard.
2. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool. Once activated, self-exclusion is immediate and irrevocable for the period selected. Attempts to circumvent self-exclusion by opening new Accounts will result in permanent Platform ban.

9. Intellectual Property

1. All content on the jomwin8 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and the jomwin8 brand name and logo, is the exclusive property of jomwin8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from jomwin8.

10. Limitation of Liability

1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jomwin8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or loss of opportunity.
2. jomwin8's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
3. jomwin8 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

11. Privacy & Data

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by jomwin8 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with that policy.

12. Amendments to These Terms

1. jomwin8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform homepage or by email to your registered address at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
2. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.
